Board of Mastek appoints company secretary & compliance officer

At meeting held on 16 July 2015

Mastek announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 July 2015, inter alia, has appointed Dinesh Kalani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01 September 2015, in place of Bhagwant Bhargawe on his reaching age of superannuation.
