Board of MIC Electronics approves allotment of convertible warrants

At meeting held on 25 November 2014

MIC Electronics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 November 2014 has approved the allotment of 74,462,070 preferential convertible equity share warrants to promoters and investors of face value of Rs 2 each issued at Rs 3 each.
