Board of Mudit Finlease approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 29 May 2015

Mudit Finlease announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Accepted the resignation of Shrichand Mittal, Independent Director, from the Board of Directors w.e.f. 29 May 2015.

2. Approved the appointment of Lalita Katewa as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 29 May 2015.
