National Aluminium Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended for payment of final dividend @ Rs 0.40 per share (8% on face value of Rs 5 each) on the equity share capital in addition to interim dividend of Rs 1.10 per share (22% on face value of Rs 5 each) already paid during March 2014 on equity share capital subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
