Board of Oriental Bank of Commerce gives in-principle approval for merger with Punjab National Bank

The Board of Directors of Oriental Bank of Commerce at its meeting held on 18 September 2019 has considered and accorded its ''In-principle approval'' for amalgamation of Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank of India into Punjab National Bank and commencement of the amalgamation process, subject to all applicable approvals.
