Board of Oriental Hotels recommends dividend

Oriental Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Re 0.55 per equity share for the financial year ended 31 March 2014 for the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
