Board of Parnami Credits approves increase in authorised share capital

At meeting held on 08 February 2018

The Board of Parnami Credits has approved the following -

1. lncrease in Authorized share capital of the Company from existing Rs.5,50,00,000 to Rs.700,00,000.

2. Preferential issue of 36,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each.
