Board of Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection approves fund raising up to Rs 150 cr
At meeting held on 08 December 2017
The Board of Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection approved the following -Raising of long term resources up to Rs 150 crore by way of issue of securities.
Increase the borrowing limit of the Company from Rs 500 crore to Rs 750 crore.
Creation of security on assets of the Company up to Rs 750 crore.
