Board of Ridhi Synthetics approves change in directorate and resignation of CFO

At meeting held on 16 September 2019

The Board of Ridhi Synthetics at its meeting held on 16 September 2019 has approved the appointment of Pawan Shukla, as the Whole-Time Director of the Company with effect from 16 September 2019. The Board has taken note of resignation of Vijay Doshi and Hiren Oza from the post of directorship of the company and CFO respectively.
