Board of S Kumars.Com appoints company secretary cum compliance officer

At meeting held on 13 July 2015

S Kumars.Com announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 July 2015, has considered and approved the appointment of Hitendrakumar Mahendrakumar Ranka, as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and also as a Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel, who is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and qualified to be appointed for the said post, w.e.f.15 June 2015.
