Satya Miners & Transporters announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 December 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:

- To appoint Raman Kumar Aggarwal and Sunil Girotra as Additional Director of the Company and accept the resignation of Anil Chandulal Mistry.
