Board of Sirpur Paper Mills approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 23 January 2015

Sirpur Paper Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 January 2015 have approved the following -

Designated N Veda Kumar, Additional Director of the Company as Executive Director and CEO of the Company.

Appointed Mukesh Sharma and Sunita Rana as Independent Directors of the Company.

The Board has accepted the resignation of Ranjan Kumar Poddar, P Nagarajan and Devashish Poddar.
