Board of Solar Industries India approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 29 July 2021

The Board of Solar Industries India at its meeting held on 29 July 2021 has accepted the resignation of Anil Kumar Jain (DIN:03532932) from the post of Whole time Director designated as an Executive Director of the Company w.e.f 21 August 2021. The Board has appointed Milind Deshmukh (DIN: 09256690) as an Additional Director of the Company, to hold office up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
