At meeting held on 30 May 2015

Sturdy Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Appointed Renu Devi as an Additional Independent Director of the Company

2. Accept the resignation tendered by Satya Bhama from the Directorship of the Company.
