Sunshield Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Resignation of Michel Ybert as Director of the Company.

2. Resignation of Guo Lin as Alternate Director to Michel Ybert.

3. Appointment of Sze Wee Ong as Additional Non-Independent Director.

4. Appointment of Guo Lin as Alternate Director to Sze Wee Ong.
