The Board of Suraj at its meeting held on 19 July 2018 has decided to change in designation of Ashok T. Shah (DIN: 00254255) from Managing Director to Director of the company. Further it is to be noted that Ashok T. Shah (DIN: 00254255) will continue act as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director of the Company.
