Board of Swasti Vinayaka Art & Heritage Corporation approves bonus issue of 5:4

At meeting held on 30 May 2022

The Board of Swasti Vinayaka Art & Heritage Corporation at its meeting held on 30 May 2022 has approved bonus issue of equity shares in ratio of 5:4 i.e five equity shares of Re 1 each for every four equity shares of Re 1 each. The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 5 crore to Rs 9 crore.
