The Board of Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers at its meeting held on 11 February 2021 has taken note of resignation of R Ramaseshan, Executive Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 18 January 2021.The Board appointed Sathya Ananth, General Manager (Finance) as Interim CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 11 February 2021.
