Tashi India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:

- Appointment of Shweta Anuj Jejani, as an Additional Director (Independent Woman Director) of the Company w.e.f. 06 February 2015.
