Board of Techtran Polylenses appoints director

At meeting held on 04 February 2016

Techtran Polylenses announced that the Board of Directors vide resolution passed through circulation on 04 February 2016 had appointed Dr. Ved Prakash Gulati as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Further, Hariharan has resigned as a Manager of the Company with effect from 09 January 2016.
