Torrent Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 04 August 2015, interalia, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of P. K. Taneja, IAS, as an Additional Director of the Company:

2. Appointment of Darshan Soni as Company Secretary and Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 04 August 2015. He is also designated as Compliance Officer in terms of Equity Listing Agreement.
