Tree House Education & Accessories announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 12 January 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve:1. To discuss the current working of the Company and consider various options including converting self-operated pre-schools of the Company into franchise operations going forward.
2. To review the operations of the Company, to recoup the lost momentum and market share of the Company.
