Board of Ultramarine & Pigments approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 31 October 2015

Ultramarine & Pigments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2015, has terminated the service of S. Sridhar as Joint Managing Director.

S. Sridhar ceases to hold office as Joint Managing Director with immediate effect.
