Unitech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 November 2016 has approved the following -Resignation of Deepak Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and appointment of Rishi Dev as Company Secretary and Compliance of the Company.
