Board of Varun Beverages approves change in directorate

At board meeting held on 19 March 2018

The Board of Varun Beverages at its meeting held on 19 March 2018 accepted that Dr. Girish Ahuja and Ravindra Dhariwal(Independent Directors) ceased to be the Directors of the Company. Dr. Ravi Gupta and Rashmi Dhariwal appointed as an Additional and Independent Directors of the Company for a period of up to 5 (Five) years w.e.f. 19 March 2018. Sanjoy Mukerji and Geeta Kapoor (Independent Directors) resigned from the Directorship of the Company.
