IIFL Holdings allots 4.14 lakh equity shares
Under ESOS
IIFL Holdings has allotted 4,14,100 equity shares to the employees of the Company/ Subsidiaries upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 318,564,927 to 318,979,026 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
