Board of Vipul Organics approves bonus issue of 1:4

At meeting held on 28 February 2022

The Board of Vipul Organics at its meeting held on 28 February 2022 has approved issuance of bonus equity shares in ratio of 1:4. The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 10.50 crore to Rs 13.50 crore. The Board also allotted 3,34,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants.
