Board of Vision Corporation appoints company secretary cum compliance officer

At meeting held on 01 August 2015

Vision Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 August 2015 has appointed Brijesh A. Rathod as a Company Secretary of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, Brijesh A. Rathod is also appointed as Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 August 2015.
