Board of Vulcan Engineers approves resignation of director

At meeting held on 02 September 2014

Vulcan Engineers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 September 2014, inter alia, have approved the resignation of Massimo Ferracci as an Independent Director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 14 August 2014.
