Weizmann Forex to acquire integrated payments and solutions platform JaldiCash
The Board of Weizmann Forex approved the acquisition of Weizmann Impex Enterprises. The transaction is proposed to be completed via a scheme of amalgamation and is subject to regulatory approvals. The proposed merger appointed date is 01 April 2018.WISE, which has been authorised by the RBI to issue and operate semi-closed prepaid payment instrument in India, owns 'JaldiCash', an integrated payments and solutions platform.
