Board of Zeal Aqua approves change in compliance officer

At meeting held on 24 June 2021

The Board of Zeal Aqua at its meeting held on 24 June 2021 has approved the appointment of Shailendrasingh Chatarsingh Patil as Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 16 June 2021. The Board accepted the resignation of Khushboo Mahesh Vaishnav as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 16 June 2021.
