Broadcast Initiatives will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 December 2015, to consider and note the resignation of Deepak Sharma, Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from December 17, 2015, & to consider and approve the appointment of Vishal Belapurkar, as a Non Executive Director of the Company.
