Camlin Fine Sciences receives MPCB directive for closure of unit

Camlin Fine Sciences has receives notice dated 09 February 2021 from the Regional Officer, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) for closure of the Company's manufacturing unit situated at Plot D 2/3, MIDC, Tarapur, District Palghar, within 72 hours from receipt of the aforementioned notice, on account of alleged violations of the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, and the rules made thereunder.
