Capital First to issue NCDs of Rs 75 cr with green shoe option

Capital First announced that the Debenture Committee at its meeting held today i.e. 25 June 2018, has inter - alia approved an issue of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs 75 crore plus Green Shoe Option of Rs 75 crore on private placement basis.
