CUMI Canada Inc. gets dissolved on 22 May 2015
Carborundum Universal announced that CUMI Canada Inc., (CCI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of CUMI International (CIL) which in-turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company engaged in business of abrasives and ceramics.Consequent to the consolidation of its entire operations with CUMI America Inc., (CAI) another wholly owned subsidiary of CIL, CCI has been dissolved under the applicable laws of Canada on 22 May 2015.
