Coffee Day Enterprises update on F&G business expansion

Coffee Day Enterprises announced that material subsidiary, Coffee Day Global has approved to enter into business transfer agreement with Coffee Day Econ (subsidiary of Coffee Day Enterprises) to transfer the business of F&G division to Coffee Day Econ. This is mainly to expand the business activities of F&G Division.
