Control Print closes QIP issue

Issue price is Rs 455 per share

Control Print announced the closure of the Qualified Intuitions Placement on 04 January 2018. Issue price is Rs 455/- per Equity Share, (including a premium of Rs. 445/- per Equity Share), which is at a discount of Rs. 4.23% (i.e Rs. 20.09 per Equity Shares), to the Floor Price of Rs. 475.09 per Equity Share to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers pursuant to the QIP.
