CRISIL fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 25 July 2014

CRISIL announced that 25 July 2014 has been fixed as Record Date for payment of Interim Dividend, if declared at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on 18 July 2014 and the same will be paid on 07 August 2014.
