Delta Corp allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Delta Corp announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 February 2015 has made allotment of 25,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under "Delta Corp ESOP- 2009" Scheme.

The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has accordingly increased from 23,06,39,104 Equity Shares of Re. 1 /- each to 73,06,64,104 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.
