Outcome of board meeting of Mirza International

Mirza International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held 03 February 2015, has considered and approved, in principle, the proposed amalgamation of Genesisfootwear Enterprises with Mirza International .

The Board of Directors of the Company will further meet to consider and approve the Share Exchange Ratio, Draft Scheme etc. and other connected matter.
