Through private placement of NCDs
Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that the Company proposes to issue Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 75 crore including a Greenshoe option of upto Rs. 300.00 crore on Private Placement basis, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 33rd Annual General Meeting held on 21 July 2017, on the terms and conditions.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
