Dhampur Sugar Mills to hold board meeting

Dhampur Sugar Mills will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 November 2015 to consider and approve inter alia Un-Audited Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 September, 2015. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
