Easy Trip Planners has signed Share Purchase Agreement with Spree Hotels & Real Estate on 18 November, 2021.
The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., 18 November, 2021, has inter-alia, considered and approved the acquisition of Spree Hotels & Real Estate (Target Company) by acquiring 100% share capital of the Target Company.
