Eins Edutech issue equity shares

The board of Eins Edutech in its meeting held on 31 July 2013 has raised additional funds by way of issue of 74,80,000 of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 15 per equity share, including a premium of Rs 5 per equity share, on preferential basis to the promoters and non-promoters of the company.
