Elgi Equipments announces formation of step down subsidiary in France

Elgi Equipments announced that its wholly owned subsidiary in Belgium, Elgi Compressors Europe SRL has formed a subsidiary company in France by name Elgi Compressors France SAS.

The newly formed entity will host the sales force for the Eastern Europe with an objective of promoting ELGi's products.
