Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases announces change in director

On 01 April 2015

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases announced that:

1. Shunichi Takahashi, a Non- Executive Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship.

2. Padam Kumar Agarwala, Managing Director of the Company has resigned from the post of Managing Director.

3. Norio Shibuya has been appointed as an additional director in the Company with effect from 01 April 2015 and also designated as Managing Director from the same date.

4. Anindita Guha Mallick has been appointed as an additional director on Board w.e.f. 01 April 2015.
