Jaiprakash Associates announced that Mohinder Paul Kharbhanda, Sr. General Manager (Sectl.) has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2015 vice Harish K. Vaid, who had been the Company Secretary until the close of 31 March 2015.
