EPC Industrie allots equity shares

Under ESOS

EPC Industrie announced that the Nomination and remuneration Committee of Directors on 21 November 2014, has allotted 6,125 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 35/- each to the Optionee of the Company pursuant to the exercise of the Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.

Post allotment, paid up capital of the Company stands increased to 2,76,44,364 Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 27,64,43,640.
