Everest Industries allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Everest Industries announced that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board have allotted the Equity Shares to the Employees of the Company on 02 December 2015 under the Employees Stock Option Schemes in the following manner:-

1. 7,771 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2010.

2. 1,040 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2011.
