Federal Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Federal Bank announced that as authorized by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, the Bank has allotted 5,28,580 (Five lakh twenty eight thousand five hundred and eighty) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to the Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.
